We are a full service property management company that has 40 years of experience in the Rochester New York market. We have a system that we can customize to meet the needs of any property type. This helps us to better manage each property individually as well as be able to meet the unique needs of each tenant to the fullest whether it is just doing the maintenance on the property with our in-house staff, or receiving all services calls to full management, i.e. paying all bills, full accounting including rent collection, showing space, maintaining property and any service contracts. My family business has been in operation since 1985. Gary DeBlase is our 4th landlord, and by far, the best. We have rented from DeBlase for 7 years now.
