We have been a tenant of DeBlase Property for 17 years. They have been responsive to any issues that we have had

Donny and his crew were very easy to deal with and did what they were supposed to. I would recommend them

We have leased space from DeBlase since 1988 and have enjoyed having them as a landlord. Very responsive and helpful to our requests.

I worked with Gary and Donald on installing EV charging stations for their plaza and they were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! I'm very excited to see these new amenities added in and more people charging!

My family business has been in operation since 1985. Gary DeBlase is our 4th landlord, and by far, the best. We have rented from DeBlase for 7 years now. Any issues we have had, have been handled promptly, and without questions. They are constantly making improvements to the plaza, inside and out. In addition to being great landlords, Gary and his son, Donny, are great guys. Its always a pleasure to see, and speak, with them. I highly recommend working with DeBlase Property!!
